I’m sure in September many people will be vaccinated, including myself.
So, from September we can do the typical food tour, with a visit to the factoris of Parmigiano-Reggiano, Balsamic and Parma ham!
In the meanwhile, we can do cooking classes of Italian dishes on Zoom!
So… Stay tuned!
We will have fun making pizza at home with Zoom!
Choose the toppings you want. You can send me an email and we willl discuss it together.
I am happy to inform you that the factories of Parmigiano-Reggiano, Balsamic and Prosciutto are open!
They are available to host you! We just need to check the temperature, use a mask and gloves, but it’s possible to see the production and do the tastings!
Regarding the transportation, it’s better if you use your own car at the moment, because we need to keep a distance.
I will be happy to welcome you on the tour!
All the best,
PS: the photo is from the beautiful castle of Montechiarugolo, in the Enza Valley, between Parma and Reggio, we will pass it by during the tour!
This moment is difficult for everyone.
The flights to Italy are canceled at the moment, so it’s not possible to come here.
But I remain available for anyone who would like to do the tour in the future.
Tourism in Italy will probably be possible from June.
When flights will restart again, you can contact me anytime.
Stay safe and happy travels,
I would like to wish you Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
I am available to do tours during the Christmas Holidays, too, and during the winter!
All the best!
