It’s possible to do a cooking class, hands-on!
You would make the “tortelli d’erbetta”: ravioli with Swiss chard, ricotta and Parmigiano-Reggiano! Then, you would make a typical dessert, which we call “Chocolate salami”: it has the shape of a salami, but it’s made with chocolate and cookies! :)
